MarketSizer uses a three-layer credit model: 1 credit to identify an account (see its ICP fit, intent, and win probability), 10–100 credits to activate it (unlock full insights and narratives), and the same again only if MarketSizer detects that account converts.
An account that meets three criteria: ICP fit (it matches your best customers), purchase intent (it's actively in-market: trialling, switching, or evaluating), and win probability (based on historical outcomes in similar competitive situations). If an account doesn't meet all three, you see it for free.
The Start plan gives you access to 500 qualified opportunities at no cost. You can see how each opportunity matches your ICP, check real purchase intent signals, assess your likelihood of winning, view competitive context, and access the Chrome Copilot for real-time insights across the web.
Based on internal validation and early customer usage: at least 8 in 10 MarketSizer-qualified opportunities are confirmed as ICP-aligned, in-market, and competitively accurate when contacted. Teams typically see 30–50% less time spent on unqualified accounts and shorter sales cycles due to better competitive context going in.
A conversion is detected in one of two ways: (1) MarketSizer's subscription intelligence data identifies that the target account has initiated a paid subscription with your product, or (2) you manually mark the opportunity as "converted" or "won" in the MarketSizer platform.
A few important details: the conversion fee only applies if the conversion is detected within 12 months of activation, it's a one-time charge per opportunity (if an account later churns and re-subscribes, no additional fee is charged), and it's deducted immediately from your credit balance, visible in your audit trail in real time.
When a conversion is detected, you receive a notification with the full evidence. You have 30 days to dispute it. If disputed, a Customer Success rep reviews within 10 business days. If we can't substantiate the conversion, credits are refunded. If it's unresolved, we default in your favour.
All previously activated opportunities, regardless of star rating. A 2★ opportunity that converts is still a win for you — and the fee already scales with quality, so a lower-rated conversion costs fewer credits. A 2★ conversion fee is 40 credits (~$4). A 5★ is 100 credits (~$10). You never pay more than the cost of the original activation.
Subscription credits expire at the point of downgrade, they're part of the plan value, so they go with it (standard practice across SaaS). However, any top-up credits you purchased separately carry over as long as your account exists. They only expire if the account is fully closed or deleted. If you're planning to downgrade, we'd recommend activating your highest-priority opportunities first — reach out and we can help you prioritise.
Annual plans cancelled within the first 14 days receive a full refund minus any credits already consumed. After 14 days, no cash refund is issued but access continues until the end of your annual period. Monthly plans cancelled mid-month retain access until the end of the billing period with no partial refund.
Credits consumed for identification and activation are non-refundable, as they represent data that was immediately surfaced and delivered. Disputed conversion fees follow the dispute process above. Billing errors (wrong amount charged, duplicate billing) are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
