MarketSizer counts a competitor trial signal when it first detects a new installation of a competing tracked vendor, within the last 40 days, on the domain of an established Rep (AI) customer (one detected using Rep (AI) for more than 60 days). It is observed activity. It does not confirm a contractual trial, dissatisfaction or an intention to leave. Use it as a prompt to investigate alongside your own account history and customer conversations. This count uses a 40-day lookback on new installations by established customers. It is not the same measure as the in-product trial status described on the Our data page, which uses a 30-day window, so the two figures should not be compared directly.

The churn chart shows where observed switches away from Rep (AI) went over the last 12 months. Each percentage is that vendor's share of all observed switches from Rep (AI) to another tracked vendor. Churn with no identified destination is not included. For each listed competitor, the win rate estimates the share of observed switches between the two vendors that moved to Rep (AI). It is weighted towards recent activity and smoothed so that small samples do not produce extreme figures. Both cover switching MarketSizer has observed, not every customer of every vendor, and past switching does not predict what an individual customer will do next.
